BEER LINE CLEANING
With long term use the beer produces mineral and protein deposits that cause bacteria and moulds to be deposited in the lines, these cause the dispensed beer to become cloudy with an unpleasant flavour.
In order to prevent this, comply with the regulations and keep your customers coming back for more the lines must be cleaned regularly.
Some automatic line cleaning systems were developed to overcome the inefficiencies of manual line cleaning. Most of these do not address the problems of wastage and unreliable quality, they are still susceptible to human error, and cannot guarantee clean lines.
